Please note that pool heat is an additonal charge at $210 per week. Pool heating is generally required between October and April only. It can be ordered locally if not pre-ordered but you may have to wait up to 48 hours for the pool to heat. Rates include Florida State taxes. Security deposit (refundable) is $500. Booking deposit is 30% per stay and is non-refundable.
